An intelligent heart acquires knowledge, and the ear of the wise seeks knowledge.

ADULT BIBLE STUDY
St Paul's Adult education centers upon study of the Bible. Mr Steve Tuck valiantly leads most discussions with a wealth of knowledge about Scripture and the history of tradition. Fr. Sam regularly derails Steve's plans with another, possibly even related, Anglican perspective. At St. Paul's we lean heavily into our tradition's witness that lay and ordained leaders know important things that are blessings in the life of the community but may contradict. That plurality of voices is the heart of Anglican witness. We do not rely on Fr. Sam alone to teach us things. Every disciple of Jesus has something to teach. We meet each Sunday in the Guild Room (after breakfast Sept - May, after 8 AM June - Aug) and utilize the lectionary verses as our topic of discussion and study. On All Saints Days or special liturgical events we discuss the lectionary associated with that calendar event or of the Saint being celebrated.
All Adults are invited. Check the calendar for updates and schedules.
SUNDAY SCHOOL & NURSERY
Children are welcome in all of our services. We believe that worship is enriched by their presence and participation. Young people have opportunities such as being an acolyte and lector during the service. We have children’s activity bags for any child attending the service. They are located at the front and back entrances of the sanctuary. A nursery is available for parents who 'want' to take their child somewhere with toys and privacy. But no child, however noisy or rambunctious, is expected to leave the sanctuary. How are the kiddos going to know they're welcome in God's house if they aren't allowed to be noisy?!
Sunday School classes for children age 5 and older are held downstairs from 9:45-10:15am many Sundays. As of the summer of 2025 we have only a handful of children who come *every* Sunday, so our formation is primarily scheduled as special events and when a critical mass* come to worship.
*This is a pun about Communion and Eucharist and Mass being interchangable.
Other activities that our children participate in are ocassional Vacation Bible School (VBS) events with other churches, periodic Children’s Choir, Christmas Pageants, and our annual Easter Egg Hunt.

YOUTH GROUP & CONFIRMATION
St. Paul’s has a lively and growing youth community, with a few teenagers who are here every week and more than a dozen others who join us on a regular basis. Our program isn’t rigid but responsive—we build opportunities for faith, friendship, and leadership around the young people God has placed in our midst.
When it comes to preparation for Confirmation, we use a 22-week catechism that grounds students in Scripture, sacraments, and the life of the Church. This past year we celebrated the Confirmation of 9 teenagers and 6 adults, a joyful reminder that our formation is lifelong and shared across generations.
Teenagers are encouraged to take real roles in the life of St. Paul’s: serving as leaders in worship, offering their musical gifts, and taking part in our adult forums. At the same time, we make sure there’s at least one event each month that is just for them—space to build community, explore faith, and have fun together.
