About The Event
The annual Parish Picnic is at Battlefield Swim Club! There is one 10:00 service in the morning for people who need to do church at church and then a second, extremely brief, Eucharist at the picnic like last year. The idea is that no one who is setting up for the picnic has to choose between worship and a picnic. We always worship! But we aren’t doing an hour long thing at the park while everyone can smell BBQ.
We will again be inviting members from other churches. We ask their administrators and clergy to spread the word. The real way we will get guests to join us is if YOU invite them. You have neighbors, friends, family who go to nearby Episcopal Churches. Invite them. Bring them. Drag them down to the park!
