State of the Parish Meeting

After breakfast on Saturday, May 18, Fr. Sam will host a “State of the Parish” townhall—a brief update in the spirit of the Annual Meeting, followed by time for open questions. He’ll report on key areas of parish life, including the pastoral care visits made this year (a priority he named in January), and the ongoing efforts by staff and Vestry to save money and reduce spending.

This is your chance to ask anything you’ve been wondering about—because let’s face it, not everyone checks Facebook or reads every email. We want to make space for open conversation and shared understanding. We’ll hold at least two more of these informal townhalls in 2025, but in the meantime, you’re always encouraged to reach out directly to Fr. Sam, the Wardens, or Vestry members with questions, ideas, etc. Sam in particular wants to find times to meet for coffee, lunch, whatever you want…
