Melanie is realistic that we are not going to build a choir overnight and that asking someone to join the choir is a huge commitment. While we will get to asking people for that commitment, we are starting small. We’d like you, yes you, all of you, to come sing for just Palm Sunday and Easter. Melanie is going to go over the music for Sunday and rehearse some very simple anthems for Palm Sunday and Easter Sunday. Join us in having a choir for these extraordinarily important high holy days. If you’re only in the choir a few times a year that would be a blessing to this parish, to our worship, and perhaps even in your own relationship with God. (We’d love for anyone to join the choir writ large, but this is an appeal for just making something really special on these most important days of the year.)
