Technically, Veterans Day is not a religious holiday, but here at St. Paul’s we are deeply proud of our long ties to Fort Lee and of the many veterans who have been part of our parish family—both those living among us and those who have gone on before us. On Sunday, November 9, we will set aside much of what would have been the liturgy for the 22nd Sunday after Pentecost in order to incorporate our gratitude for the duty and service of our veterans, and veterans everywhere, into our worship.
