The End is Nigh

Wed, May 20th 7:00 PM The End is Nigh (NSFC)

Conversational forum for adults after dinner. From The Last of Us to Dune and every zombie movie ever made, modern culture is obsessed with apocalypse. We imagine collapse, monsters, and the end of the world. But in Scripture, apocalypse means unveiling. Revelation is not mainly about destruction, but about truth being revealed and God making all things new. Join us for a town hall style conversation about the difference between pop culture’s apocalypse and the Christian hope of revelation, renewal, and resurrection. (A Note About Not Safe For Church Forums: These conversations can be raw, direct, and may include adult themes or language you would not normally hear at church. Teenagers are welcome, but Sam asks that parents bring them only if you are comfortable with that.)
